BREAKING! OSHA Rule Out. Lawsuits Readying. Get Ready.
"Mandate" gives just 60 days to implement. Lots of exceptions - but what are those?
For those of you so inclined here is the disastrous OSHA rule. They’ve designed it so it passes muster based on what SCOTUS has said before but there are a lot of things chip away at here:
Some quick reactions and analysis. Looks like work-from-home folks are exempt and there is a religious exemption:
As I predicted, the OSHA reg, to issue tomorrow, is drafted to stand up to court review. It’s not a vaccine mandate. It’s a testing and masking mandate, with exceptions for mandatory vaccinations, religious accommodation, and work from home, inter alia. federalregister.gov/public-inspect…
But look out… it may be worse than initially thought. Masks are the control device
OUT: Masks as source control.
IN: Masks as punishment and social ostracism for choosing not to get a vaccine.
Biden's OSHA mandate is even worse than previously reported.

Texas Attorney General is having none of it:
Biden just announced his plan to wield OSHA to mandate vaccines on private businesses. And I’m announcing my plan to sue him once this illegal, unconstitutional regulation hits the Federal Register.
Here comes another winning #Texas v. Biden law suit!
Rep Biggs is all ready to go:
🚨🚨🚨
BREAKING: I just introduced a bill to abolish OSHA for usurping states' authorities and forcing Biden's vaccine mandate on the private sector.

Noting here that OSHA is completely out of its league:
OSHA wants to fine under serious violation, they don't have the manpower to do so & the non-compliance w/ forced vaccination is not a serious violation. They would have to prove that covid-19 has the LIKELIHOOD of death or serious bodily harm. IFR does not support this. #OSHA
Ben Shapiro is pissed:
Clayton Wagar is excited for the discovery! I am too!
The flood of lawsuits over these new OSHA proposed vaccine mandate rules are going to be interesting to watch. The discovery phase is going to cause a LOT of public health officials to think carefully about the emails/texts/calls they've made over the last few years...
Tim Pool sums up what a lot of us feel:
shit is getting crazy
it feels like the country is imploding on itself
CNBC @CNBC
Frog notes the estimated costs on industries for getting this done.
These are @OSHA_DOL estimates for cost of the labor burden they are placing on employers in 800 different industries.. I wish this was a joke..
Phil Kerpen has a strategy
Maybe a silver lining - like CRT?
The boys crying wolf are revealing themselves to be self-serving sycophants, on the public dole. Those who were disinterested in politics are now pissed and are joining together with the more politically involved neighbors.
As Tom MacDonald says "they keep us divided so we don't go against them," but unfortunately, for them, instead of pushing us further apart, they pushed us together.
There couldn't be stronger evidence to push for shrinking the Federal bureaucracy. That would probably be a very powerful platform for 2022.
Depending on courts to do what we're unwilling to do has been a loser's argument for decades.
Simple resistance!
