Justin, I have written hundreds of refereed articles -- but only one book. Books are much harder than an assemblage of articles, it turns out.
Berenson sent signed/inscribed copies of his book (on his nickel) to his Founding Members (not much more to get from that...lol). I ended up ordering a dozen of Alex's book as gifts over time so the economics worked.
I was getting ready to order half a dozen of your book (good timing for Christmas gifts) but thought to check if you had considered the Berenson approach before I do.

More COVID deaths have occurred since these wonderful vaccines rolled out than pre-vaccines. More lockdown and COVID deaths occurred in coastal states BEFORE THE vaccines , very few in the flyover states
In Taiwan where I live we had 40 COVID deaths as of April 2021. In April 2021 the vaccines rolled out and we have have had 9000 COVID deaths and another 15,000 excess non-COVID deaths

Will not spend a penny on anything Amazon / Bezos...whole foods, WaPo, Amazon just purchased IRobot- more data mining ...He and his cronies have spent the better part of the last 2 1/2 years working to obliterate small businesses, on purpose. He is a disgusting crony capitalist with major ties to the federal government.
This is obviously a reactionary grift. The intellectually honest will recognize that the Vaxes made a huge positive difference in 2021 then became useless against new variants. Both things are true! The delta wave of death a year ago was real.

If it contains the antidote to whatever has ailed and continues to ail Covidian true believers, it's worth its weight in gold.
