Via our good colleague @Kbirb —> A new report out of England from the ONS (Office for National Statistics). It’s now common knowledge that the vax products don’t stop transmission, but the public health refrain has been that they reduce severe disease & death. What does the data show?
In England 2022: A higher percentage of COVID-19 and deaths from all causes were vaxxed than the overall % of the vaxxed population. Source!
The England/ONS report counterintuitively reveals that 2022 COVID-19 deaths involved a disproportionately high percentage of people who had been vaccinated compared to the overall vaccination level in the population. This was the case in every single month:

I disagree with the headline. It has killed PLENTY!
Did they account for age? It's usually the case in a given area that the older population is by far the most vaxxed age group. That would be a major confounding factor. I'm open to the idea that being vaxxed has a negative overall effect on our immunity but I'd like to see crystal-clear data.
And of course I don't WANT it to be true! I've had the original 2 shots of Moderna and one booster. It would take an awful lot to convince me to take any further boosters but I am very worried about the negative effect that they may actually have had on my immune system.
Before the Commie Crud (my own pet name for the bugger) I had at least average immunity. Would get one or two colds per season, sometimes none all year. Never got the flu. But in the past three months I have had a bad URI every. single. month. The first was just a wicked virus that gave me immediate laryngitis that lasted for two+ weeks. The next month, I got the Crud for the first time....ironically, that was the mildest course---a few days of cold symptoms and another week of feeling moderate fatigue. This month I picked up a cold but instead of going away after a few days, it suddenly moved to my sinuses and ears. I am now on antibiotics and getting better but it's been a really sucky two+ weeks and I am not over it yet.
I feel like a bowling pin with no protection from my own immune system, just waiting for the next ball to knock me flat.
