It's been 3 years since the dreaded COVID-19 v̶i̶r̶u̶s̶ policies wreaked havoc on the world. Just when you thought you'd seen it all, the battle for truth surrounding this unprecedented pandemic takes a fresh, unsettling turn. This battle wages not on the front lines of healthcare or the corridors of power but in the virtual world where free speech is undergoing an existential crisis.
In this ongoing saga, I find myself going toe-to-toe with not only big tech behemoths Facebook and Twitter but also the Biden Administration. Here is the update for the alarming revelation about my ongoing lawsuit!
The Liberty Justice Center (LJC), a beacon of legal wisdom, has knocked on the doors of the United States’ revered Ninth Circuit, urging them to reconsider a lower court's decision to shelve my First Amendment challenge against Facebook and Twitter's unjust censorship of my posts. The censorship, as I see it, was orchestrated at the direction of the Biden Administration.
2021, I found myself thrown in a tailspin when my posts on the effectiveness of masks in preventing COVID-19—along with some staggering 20 million other nuggets of information—were wiped clean off the Internet. On Facebook and Twitter, my accounts were suspended.
Despite my best efforts to fight this injustice, U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer dismissed my case, leaving unanswered the contentious issue of governmental direction in my posts' censorship.
Things didn't look too promising until more alarming data surfaced post the filing of my lawsuit - evidence of the Biden Administration's heavy hand in censoring controversial posts on Facebook and Twitter related to, but was not limited to, the COVID-19 issue.
As a recap - here was my appearance with Shannon Bream - almost exactly a year ago:
Interestingly, the federal government wasn't just cherry-picking which social media posts were too palatable for public consumption, but also educating private social media companies on content moderation via regular meetings between CDC officials and Facebook and Twitter employees. However, for reasons unbeknownst to me, the lower court decided this new morsel of information couldn't impact my previous complaint.
If you're an American worrying about your privacy and free speech rights, you're not alone. It is now an absolute imperative that the truth about millions of American's content being subtly manipulated by social media platforms at the implicit behest of our federal government is laid bare.
Just as the tide started turning against me, a beacon of hope emerged on July 4th, as a judge from Louisiana echoed my concerns. In a landmark decision, it was noted that the Biden Administration directed social media platforms to tactfully censor posts expressing disapproved views on COVID-19 and ordered an immediate stop to these activities. The case, Missouri v. Biden, is currently making its way up to the high echelons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
So, get ready for a doozy - as this fight for truth, transparency, and our basic rights to express continues to chronicle, only this time - on a much larger platform. Let's watch this space, shall we?

Your suit should be our suit, a class action suit, as everyone is harmed when voices and opinions are censored.
Justin there is something wrong with the subscription link. It never works. I have tried many times over the past several months and it never works.
