Pfizer Executive Tries to Silence Justin
I had gotten word that
had gotten the nod to do the next set of Twitter Files from data given him by Elon Musk. As luck would have it I was on a plane back to San Diego when his Substack and Twitter digest hit. The short version is this:Dr. Scott Gottlieb, former chairman of the FDA and a current member of Pfizer’s board of directors (with over 550,000 Twitter followers), used his influence to censor tweets he disagreed with. Apparently, he was successful in getting a label attached to tweet by Brett Giroir about natural immunity.
In that same week he came after me. But why?
Well, September 1, 2021, just days before Gottlieb tried to get a tweet of mine silenced I had filed my lawsuit against the government for infringing on my First Amendment rights.
If you recall - my Twitter and Facebook accounts were surreptitiously taken down right around the time that White House press secretary Jen Psaki and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy held their now infamous presser.
On July 15, 2021, at a White House Press Conference, Defendant Surgeon General Murthy stated, “We’re asking [our technology companies] to consistently take action against misinformation super-spreaders on their platforms.”

The White House revealed that a team of government employees was actively researching and tracking social media posts with which it disagreed and relaying those posts to social media companies with instructions to take them down from the Internet.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki admitted, “We’ve increased disinformation research and tracking within the Surgeon General’s office. We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.”
Psaki also revealed that the White House effort to suppress free speech on the Internet that contradicts the government’s COVID-19 public health message reaches all the way to the level of senior staff for Defendant Biden’s administration.
Psaki gave a glimpse of how the scheme works: “we are in regular touch with these social media platforms, and those engagements typically happen through members of our senior staff, but also members of our COVID-19 team . . . .”
These people were intent on taking down anything that went against the narrative.
My own county of San Diego tried to plug the dike of information by calling misinformation a public health crisis which then empowered these folks to throw their weight around even more.
Hours before Scott Gottlieb asked Twitter to censor me on Twitter I had hit Scott over the head for trying to gaslight people implying that 2 shots were always just the beginning and that they were essentially just “primers” to set the stage for 3 or 4 shots.
My guess is Scott say my post, heard about my lawsuit and then went to my feed to find a tweet he could find objectionable. It’s actually one of my better tweet!
After the hoopla and millions of views of the tweet, Gottlieb posted his response - which wasn’t really a response but more of a mound of claptrap trying to justify his attempt to censor anyone who countered him. He recounted how people made threat about him on Twitter and accused him of murder (welcome to the club!).
