The always insightful Margery Smelkinson, Ph.D. posts an interesting detail from a State of Maryland communique. In 2019, only 62 students showed up for school without meeting the appropriate recommended vaccination regiment.
This year: 23,000 are lacking.
It’s not stretch to say that more children will die from missed regular vaccinations than from COVID-19 itself.
Remember - these are the non-COVID vaccines which took years to develop and sometimes decades to approve before they became mandates.
It turns out the CDC wasn’t quite prepared to gauge the impact of lockdowns on kids getting immunizations. Whether based on fear or the fact that most doctors weren’t taking a whole lot of patients in the spring — the purchasing and administering of vaccines fell dramatically. Here’s a chart from last May via a CDC report:
Notice the MASSIVE drop-off in March and April. The immediate effects were seen as early and May and people are STILL playing catch-up.
The problem on the international scene is even more dire:
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted routine childhood immunization coverage for many vaccine-preventable diseases at the global, regional and national levels. In Pakistan, more than 40 million children were unable to receive measles vaccination and around 50 million children missed polio vaccination in 2020. Moreover, more than 36 million children did not receive vitamin A supplementation in 2020.
It’s estimated that 50% of regular child immunizations were missed in the spring of 2020. You can do some actual math and I feel confident in saying that more children will die from missed vaccines in a year’s time than died of COVID-19.
Remember, unlike the current push for child vaccinations, the current regiment of recommendations has gone through years of use before being put into mandate form:
I think we should probably take a second look at the other shots while we're at it. I was shocked that none of them seem to require long-term placebo-controlled safety studies. It's entirely different than small-compound pharmaceuticals.
You have to look at the risk:benefit balance for all vaccines :-)
For example, all of the aluminum-adjuvanted vaccines are dangerous. Prof Exeley's group has measured aluminum content in the brains of people with Alzheimer's, and it's extremely high - but autistic kids are even worse (I recommend his book, Imagine You Are An Aluminum Atom).
Good science/research-based info on how aluminum adjuvants can cause autism in some children at vaccinepapers.org, along with full-text copies of the papers cited.
