Link at the bottom goes to an Excel file for COVID-19 cases per 100K by county by week since August.

Here’s a quick screenshot of this data but limited to the highest populated counties in the country. Notice the dark color southern wave fading to the bottom of the list (fewer cases) and the midwest / mountain west and west coast starting to creep up.
