Due to a lack of options in my area, most of my grocery shopping is at Walmart. They’ve had those cameras and screens at the entrances as long as I can remember, but during the lockdowns, other people and I noticed green “boxes” around our images on screen as we walked through the doorways, while the attendant in the mask tracked who was coming in, and who was coming out, and with, or without, a mask on their face. Those “boxes” have since disappeared. It was terrifying the first time I saw a box around me but no one else in the lobby, and *every time I went in (always without a mask).
