I wonder if even the well-known age-stratification of COVID mortality risk is in great part just driven by COVID death counting being heavily biased toward capturing end-of-life deaths that either would have happened without COVID or maybe were pulled forward a few weeks or maybe months. If age is a proxy for serious co-morbidity and being near end-of-life, then we should not concede that etraordinary measures are in any way justifable even for elderly peple with typical age-normative co-morbities.

This is good news, if true. I hope more lawyers are looking into filing lawsuits against this monster. But, I think there are likely monsters just like him waiting in the wings, who will likely be promoted to that position, meaning nothing will change unless there is an overhaul of the system that allowed this monster to rise to power in the first place...... along with the monsters making deadly decisions at CDC and FDA. The entire system is corrupt.
