Our watchful friend Phil Kerpen brings us news this morning that a Missouri court has crushed down the notion that a state health entity can wield power over a population without a representative body being involved. The MO Department of Health and Senior Services cannot shut down a school or quash an assembly “based on the unfettered opinion of an unelected official.”

ME: "Great, intelligent, needed ruling in Missouri. Unfortunately, here in Illinois the health department has just been useful idiots to our moronic tyrant governor, Pritzker.
I can't get especially excited about these court rulings. So far we have four rulings in two years of torture and genocide. At this rate it will only take 23 more years to free the whole country! Hooray!
Hallelujah! We need all the other states to follow. Why do the bureaucrats issue mandates to citizens when they are explicitly EXEMPT from the mandates? Do they know something about the dangers of the vaccines they don't want us to know.? Thank the Good Lord for people like Justin Hart for keeping us informed.
They haven't done everything right but I've been pretty proud of my state and our AG. I hope other courts in other states have the courage to rule this as well.

Great news. Now the same thing needs to happen a LOT of other places...like my sate of Az.

This is exactly why I want to move from Kanada to the U.S.A.
At least people there fight and the courts uphold the laws.
