End result = all the most genuinely intelligent personnel have left the DoD. Many of those remaining are ticking time bombs. All have had every ounce of morale sucked out of them.

Over 96% of our military is vaccinated? That’s pretty scary to contemplate. Definitely does not scream “increased readiness” to me, especially given the high percentage of young adult males in the military.

While this is not bad, I'll only give them 3 out of 5 stars. He left a gaping loophole effwctively neutralizing the required recission by shifting enforcement to the discretion of commanders, which is a deplorable ploy.
Also, he clearly has no concern for restitution for the irreparable harm perpetrated against those he willfully and maliciously violated, yet he acknowledged that he broke the law by violating their foundational and fundamental constitutional rights. He effectively thumbed his nose at the constitution and flipped off American servicemen & servicewomen.
