I would love to see these observations quantified in terms of rates, relative percentages, etc. It is difficult for distant observers to do this.
Now that the winter surge is upon us, I expect to see closures surge accordingly. It would be interesting to see closures compared with other metrics on a county basis so that we can discern the outliers.
