Today’s podcast we’ll discuss the fragility of the typical American citizen in the face of Covid policies which seriously infringed on our inalienable rights. Noon pacific / 3pm eastern. The entire nation it seemed was walking on eggshells – and who could blame the lay citizen for succumbing to that nervousness. They turn on the news to witness physical altercations on planes over masking. They hear about their neighbors getting kicked out of a supermarket or yelled at for not donning the mask properly. They see the latest captured phone video of a brave paddle-boarder being chased down the beach by a squad of police officers or a host of skater kids removed from a skate park and watching in shock as the police fill it with sand. Later, children and teens were turned away from museums because they didn’t have their biomedical identifications with them. (Nevermind that they couldn’t legally get a vaccination – they just wouldn’t be able to enjoy life until they got the jab). And of course, tens of thousands of people losing their jobs because they wouldn’t get vaccinated. No religious gatherings. No education. Full businesses shut down.
December 2020 my high schooler said to me "mom, how can we go visit Nana for Christmas? If we brought covid to her, your brothers will never forgive you." And then Feb 2021 we both got covid (mild, allergy type symptoms, other than loss of smell/taste for 3 weeks) and her friends couldn't believe we didn't notify the school because "how many people you might have infected", never mind that we got it during a school holiday. My college athlete son received an exemption for the vaccine but because of city mandates still wouldn't be allowed in the gym to work out with the team. He had to do thrice weekly testing, with constant belittling by the testers of "really, you're going to jeopardize the whole team? Once you get infected, at the very least your roommates will have to quarantine, too." He went without our knowledge to get the J&J. What they did to the psyche of our children will never be forgiven or forgotten.
Someday, those that gas lit others who were more cautious and did their research will have hell to pay for the death and destruction they cost. Everyone I know of, personally, who fought back got crushed. Journalists ejected or barred and worse - Dan Dicks, for example, suffered a beating while trying to cover Ottawa's trucker protest. Christian pastors thrown in jail without charge. Donations confiscated. People fired. Astronomical fines levied. Parents threatened to have children taken away. Divorced parents losing custody. Teachers fired. Doctors losing licenses. Scientists fired. Patients fired by their doctors. Ordinary citizens barred from contacting their elected reps. Small business owners punished heavily for refusing to comply, and being attacked by SWAT teams for opening restaurants. Weird black-costumed federal armed steroid-jacked men appear as if on cue because surveillance told them where and when certain groups were trying to meet... Canada...
Isolation followed by shaming & societal exclusion is a very effective tool. NIH medical ethicist Fauci’s wife even opined that it is “ethical” for employers to pressure and embarrass employees into taking the vax. Primitive need to be in the perceived herd.
I didn’t go along. Fought it the whole time. I just didn’t realize I lived in a nation of ignorant cowards. Even in my own family. Biggest shock of my life.
on 9-11-2001 the president signed an executive order declaring a "state of emergency" that superseded and circumvented the constitution of America and gave the executive branch unchecked wartime secret powers. Every president since 2001 has renewed the "declaration of emergency" every year since then. America since 9/11 does not have a constitutional democracy, we have a declaration of emergency that supersedes the constitution. Everything that has happened since 9/11 has been legalized under the claim that it is necessary to ignore the constitution due the declaration of emergency. that includes Covid for sure, but also illegal wars based on fabricated evidence for which the criminals were not prosecuted, and also warrantless wiretapping by government and also suppression of dissent and also use of military's propaganda within the USA and also the suppression of free speech and the use of civilians in military biological experiments.
My wife & son & I remained #unmuzzled #untested #unvaxxed, though we were screamed at by masked crowds (anonymity, just like ski masked SWAT teams, confers swarms a waspish agressivity). But then again, we are in Texas (though we almost moved abroad at the peak of the madness) & here even grannies are armed.

I don't know. Nearly every adult on the planet did go along with it, to varying extents. In the U.S., there was a problem in that people weren't getting physically brutalized by the authorities, so there wasn't an obvious power to directly struggle against.
Somewhere I read that went it came to the Revolutionary War……40% were in favor, 40% were opposed and 20% didn’t give a crap. That should say something about who we really are. Don’t delude yourself to think we are in some way special.
What “we” are you referring to? I fought like hell against it all, from day one. I tried to reason with anyone who came into my sphere of influence, and I know plenty of others who did too. I did my research and had the facts to back me up. I did everything in my power, and as much more as I could muster, to try to stop this idiocy. It was fighting a tsunami with a mop.
We've all been groomed for these times. It's hard to tell people the truth when you've been fired, they won't answer your calls, they've smeared you, assaulted you, frozen your bank account.
The thing is, we could have stopped this a long time ago had we not been indoctrinated to think our highest purpose in life is to consume. The propaganda has been relentless and few can escape its power especially given that we are social animals and need our communities to survive. We've been domesticated much like dogs and cattle. We serve a purpose for the oligarchs as long as we do their bidding. Once we stop obeying, they will make our lives a living hell.
So, I don't ever judge people who've followed the narrative blindly. The herd will be culled, there will be much suffering and IF the remaining individuals of the human species have the strength and endurance to survive, I'm hoping they will do a better job of teaching their children because that's how it all starts - how we raise our children. We seem to have lost our basic parental instincts along with our courage.
Hold on to your seats. It's going be a long bumpy ride down the slope of this economic, environmental and cultural collapse. All things go in cycles. We just have the misfortune of living during the worst time of this cycle.
