Fauci and his cabal are obviously trying to hide their own fingerprints by trying to frame when (and where) "virus spread" began. They don't want anybody to look back further and realize that tens of millions of people had already been infected by the lockdown dates (or probably by the end of December 2019). The key to the operation for them is to make everyone continue to think that virus spread didn't commence until, say, February 2020. The narrative they are really pushing is that "late spread" happened. Evidence that would prove "early spread" happened would lead to what conclusions ... or in what direction?

Disappointing as it is, the Missouri case is not a straight-up 2A decision, it’s more of a Supremacy clause case. Hard to say which way this will ultimately go, but the 8th Circuit may be more favorable than the Obama-appointed district judge who ruled on this case.

Personally, I think there’s a better chance of most federal 2A infringements being struck down than this type of SAPA law being upheld.
