“Under the provisions of the governor’s regulation, the state government can use law enforcement to forcibly remove citizens from their homes or businesses against their will to place them in unspecified quarantine locations for an indeterminate period with no mechanism for release!”

It’s not like this hasn’t been done before. Germany and Poland in the 1930s did it quite a bit. For reasons that sound very similar.

As I wrote in my recent reflection, when good people do nothing, Holocausts can happen. And when BAD people ascend to leadership positions throughout society - and do nothing to stop crimes against humanity ... monstrosities are CERTAIN to happen.

I just wrote an essay on the David vs. Goliath fight that's waging in the world. My main point is that all the major and important organizations in the world are now captured and/or corrupt. This means if "our" side is going to win, it will be the non-captured little organizations that save the world.

There should be a consequence to a governor's illegal action. This is clearly outside the power of the governor and they know it. Suspending them from office or having a jail sentence if a court rules they overstepped their authority would certainly put an end to this.

Have you read or are you familiar with the book, Bats In the Belfry by Ellen McClay? It was written decades ago and has been effectively memory holed. Until about 5 years ago was easily discoverable on Amazon or Thrift/Abe books. If you can find a copy it will be exorbitantly over priced but it will be worth your investment. Basically, McClay, researched and outlines ( predicts) what is happening today with regard to your article here. She emphasized that the State would seek to lock away people for Soviet Style mental issues. Im sure that is coming as well. But they have decided for now that contagion and epidemics serve the purpose of terrorizing people better.

Some larger university libraries may have it as well because the subject matter is relevant to studying Soviet History and brainwashing. No accidents as to why those in power in the west ( thinly disguised red diaper babies) want the book buried . If I could figure out how to upload my copy to archive.org I would .

"In this regulation, there is no requirement for the state government to prove that the targeted individual is infected, has been exposed to an infectious disease, or poses any actual risk to his/her fellow citizens."

Not to mention that there's no requirement for the state government to prove that there is any infectious disease causing an epidemic at all. Making the point that creating such a law is solely within the power of the legislature doesn't really address the bigger problem that a quarantine law is an assault on all the citizens, or even visitors to the state, and it doesn't matter whether it's "duly passed" by the legislature or issued as an edict by the governor.

I watched the oral argument. The courthouse was packed! After the completion of Bobbie's argument, the Presiding Judge informed the audience that they could now leave, before the next case. The whole courtroom burst into applause and cheers, something those judges rarely ever experience. It's clear everyone was there to support Bobbie.

Many people believe that the justice system, like the national media at one time, is a fair and just institution that protects society.

In truth, it has been corrupted, especially in places such as New York, and bought out by the powerful and wealthy to further their dominance over our lives.

This case is such an apparent rights-abusive edict by an individual with no authority that this brave lawyer should have dozens, if not hundreds, of her peers actively backing her up. Yet, they keep their distance like she's radioactive or has a deadly disease.

To me, this is more appalling than the case she's fighting because it illustrates the delusion we are under that the justice system is a powerful one-third of our government that fights off corruption when all else fails.
