A Federal judge in Florida ruled on a case before her challenging the mask mandates handed down by the CDC. The ruling negated and voided that CDC order which was the basis for mandates across the country. Within hours TSA, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines and numerous other public transportation entities and companies dropped their mask mandate for employees and passengers.
There is no end to THEM punishing ‘We The People’ if there is no liability or criminal charge for THEM violating our RIGHTS, Sovereignty, and the US Constitution.
This is fantastic but unfortunately not all life-choking policies have come to an end. The US gov extended its vaccine mandate for non-US citizens entering by land or ferry, which was due to expire yesterday, with no end date. This massively affects many people including my Mexican, Canadian permanent resident husband who has a visa application in process for the States in order to see his children whom he hasn't been able to see for almost 10 years. He was injured by the first Moderna shot and can't take the second. This is a serious request for advice about how to get legal help to fight this idiotic mandate.
I am sad for your husband and countless others in similar situations. That there are whole groups of people the government has their thumb on and that they don't want to let up the pressure because the spotlight isn't there shows how happy they are to coerce wherever they can get away with it.
People with family they've been separated from: it's the perfect scenario for them to exploit and shows how incredibly horrible they are. I wish I had advice for you. I've been told by my friend in Mexico that there's a place where you can cross a tunnel and walk over legally with far less paperwork needed than to fly and no vaccine requirements. People drive or fly there rather than flying directly into the U.S. But I don't know about Canada.

I have heard from multiple sources that it's a 50-50 chance that border officials ask, so we may just have to chance it if it isn't lifted by the time we can go. You're right, it's horrid, the choice is basically potentially between seeing his children which has been his entire life goal for the past 10 years, or protecting his life. And because the victims here are non-citizens, there isn't much interest or leverage as you note for fighting it. I have also read that it may be due to Justin Trudeau our vindictive dictator maintaining a vaccine mandate for non-citizen entry to Canada, forcing the US to reciprocate. Who knows. But it is evil.
Fauci’s absurd claim that only the cdc can make these decisions is akin to the pentagon wagging its finger at the American people saying only they know if we should go to war. Which is patently absurd.
Neither the cdc or the military brass are in any sort of position or without conflicts of interest to be making society wide decisions on risk level or cost benefit to the American people on ANY policy decision in their area of expertise. Even if they are honest and ethical there are conflicts of interest, and these people have proven to be less than righteous.
The fact that he’s been so wrong over and again is exactly why they should do nothing more than give the evidence and perhaps their opinion. But even that is hard for them to be able to articulate one from the other.
These people are pushing Americans to the breaking point, thankfully we live in more civilized times, because other cultures would have put him against the wall already.
