I'm not optimistic yet, but I can certainly see these unbelievable mandates being *the* line that people can't accept crossing.

Depending on how devastating this defeat is, it could be the final turn in the tide. It certainly seems like the authoritarians feel cornered, which is a good thing.

Remains to be seen. So far all the lawsuits have gone absolutely nowhere. Some courts issued prank "rulings", gotchas for the amusement of lawyers, that applied only to the single plaintiff. Most have simply reinforced or amplified the evil.

Someone needs to get one of these lawsuits to trial or a big evidentiary hearing where a good exposition can be made on the record of all the misinformation and outright lies (not to mention the money trail) the government and its agencies rely on as predicate for their orders or mandates.

Dear Mr Trosclair: I would like to mention something that could be helpful, I am not as business savvy as you so I am certain that you already thought of my suggestion. But on the off chance that you have not... If you're employees are 1099 then they are contractors and therefore not subject to the mandate... I know that doesn't resolve this arbitrary and ridiculous infringement upon American people and business owners rights .... But just a offer for a last hope mechanism to evade this so called not a mandate Temporary Emergency Standard.... I know that lawyers are going to argue that a Standard is not punishable and therefore if any financial difficulties arise from the standard or penalties that indeed makes it a mandate and not a standard... Thanks for your time... perhaps you can share information like this along with your successful as well as failed moves with media like Epoch Times to share with others who own and or operate businesses....
