I just read the intro few paragraphs and knew this would be a conversation starter..

This intersects with both Roe V Wade and Affirmative Action. Neither of those original cases/decisions constitutional - but it took decades for the court to take it up and repeal them on constitutional grounds, which should have disqualified them from the start. That's why I felt that all the people protesting the SCOTUS decision in our local Northern CA town square last year were so missing the mark (that, and the fact that women's reproductive rights are not threatened in CA, anyway).

The gall of the Supreme Court, whose job it is to decide cases on constitutional grounds, to transfer authority back to states to make laws regarding abortion, because that authority is not relegated to the Federal government in our founding document! Those protesting ninnies should have driven their asses to Texas and Tennessee to protest in front of the state houses there, because THAT is the appropriate place for that battle - not the center of a liberal town in a liberal county in a liberal state. What they did was just virtue-signaling, as usual, instead of taking any truly effective action about something they claim to believe in.

And they're bitching again about Affirmative Action, which was illegal to start with - it violated fundamental clauses of the Bill of Rights such as Equal Protection.

These are the very types of people whose abysmal understanding of basic civics allows them to believe the President's main job is to "protect" them.

There's a reason why one of the most ardent and influential Marxists who taught generations of students and groupies sitting on the edges of their seats for his words of wisdom to fundamentally change the world in to a Marxist utopia is Professor of Linguistics, Noam Chomsky.

And judges are appointed today based on how good they are at linguistic gymnastics, penning opinions that Orwell had in mind when he wrote, "War is Peace, Ignorance is Strength, Freedom is Slavery." Our Constitution is being reinterpreted as a "living, breathing" document that proclaims collectivist authoritarianism is exactly what the Constitution was written to enshrine:

Sunstein is a Law Professor at Harvard, and a Behavioral Scientist who wrote, "Nudge" about how to use psychological mind-farkery to make people obey, established units in both the US and UK. Behavioural Science is also known as "The Science of Totalitarianism" by its practitioners:

Behavioral Science is how Noam Chomsky's ideals of a Marxist utopia becomes reality, manufacturing our consent to totalitarianism, using clever and cunning linguistics:

The constitution of the US stands in the way of the global aspirations of the self-anointed chosen ones. Unfortunately for us non-chosen thinkers, there are SOOOO many sheeple who cannot think and crave commandments from anointed ones.
