Justin, I will repeat what I have said on many other stacks since Substack began. Many of us will never listen to or watch things. It is far too time inefficient. You invest an hour, but making me invest an hour because you did does not work. I know that many other Substackers are of the same persuasion because I have been through this before.

I am hoping that you intend to autotranscribe each of these episodes and post them as most of the stacks where we have whined have done (including Free Press, Tabbi, etc.) Autotranscribers are cheap/free, and while not perfect, they are close enough for all practical purposes.

I hope this resonates with you. I gave your book out at Christmas this year and love what you have to say...but I (and the many readers to whom I gave it) are visual learners and that is what we need/crave.

Many thanks.

Brilliant suggestion - for the visual learners. And us time poor people love the spoken version, so we can listen while doing mundane tasks.

I surely was not proposing that Justin stop with the podcast. Aural learners love that format -- more power to them. But since it is relatively simple for both groups to be serviced using a little technology, I am just urging that Justin do so, in part because it brings the widest possible audience to important stuff.

That exactly what I do. Sometimes I just don’t have the luxury of time to sit down and read.

Great idea!! Sometimes I like reading but sometimes I like listening to things as I go about my day. I enjoyed this first podcast while I did my chores today.
