Looking at the third slide "Increased Risk of Illness" shows the only thing the vax did was reduce the number of people "diagnosed with COVID". I strongly suspect that, at that time, "diagnosed with COVID" meant an actual doctor examining and diagnosing you (in other words, you were symptomatic), as opposed to a positive PCR test. If true, that means all the vaccine did successfully was hide the early stages of infection.
