It’s real… it’s very real. It seems like a huge milestone moment. After a Federal judge in Florida nullified the mandate from the CDC (which the TSA and other entities relied on to issue their mandates) —> it looks like MASKS ARE COMING OFF IN THE AIR!

I take back my previous despair. The local bus system did finally and grudgingly decide to obey the law. YAY for now. I'm sure the "freedom" will be short-lived, but I'll appreciate it while it lasts.
It's clear by now that this was NOT about the Trump-appointed judge's decision. This was the result of united economic pressure by the airlines. The airlines got what they wanted, with the excuse of the "court" "order" by the "judge". Everyone else will continue to be strangled.
Amazing, but I don't believe it yet. The official statement is still ambiguous with some wiggle room.
"Due to today’s court ruling, effective immediately, TSA will no longer enforce its Security Directives and Emergency Amendment requiring mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs. TSA will also rescind the new Security Directives that were scheduled to take effect tomorrow. CDC continues to recommend that people wear masks in indoor public transportation settings at this time."
I have the idea that there will be follow-on lifting of mandates, 10th amendment not withstanding. If the federal government does not have the authority to make you wear a face diaper, then who does?
Thank goodness some are FINALLY looking at some common sense- and science!
Now we need to work on getting "private" businesses that are somehow open to the public and "private" at the same time, to stop forcing people to comply with their idiotic rules! They are FORCING people to make themselves sick with those stupid masks, they should NOT be allowed to get away with that. What if they insisted they could force everyone who enters their store to smear themselves with a big ol' pile of dog shit? How much stupidity are we supposed to let them get away with? Business wants to force us all to wear burkas (to show how submissive we are- mask is the EXACT same thing!), we should just go along with it?
I was thrown out of a business today (supposedly a health care business which SHOULD know better) for not wearing my mask "properly" and calling the enforcers "stupid" which they so obviously ARE for following such idiotic rules. Now threatened with arrest for "trespass" if I go back. This is a monopoly business, there is not any other place for at least 50 miles around. How can we put a stop to this BS?
Finally! I can fly again with my child with Down syndrome who cannot tolerate masking!

Just heard that the local bus line will continue to require ballgags "until clarification is received", which means forever.
