3 years ago, today, I published an analysis on data from the ILINet (monitoring system for respiratory and influenza illnesses) which seemed to indicate that something was going on in 2019 - well before the "official" start of Covid infection in the United States.
Yup. Most were immune before there ever was a shot. DUH!! My teenage son was sick in the first weeks of March 2020 (and his grandmother visited and sat right next to him and she never felt anything! And the rest of the family never got sick), as were all of his friends. When he returned to school after two days out he reported that 90 kids were out sick!! At the same time. Doing a little quick math I realized that was the exact percentage (17%)of the sickened on the diamond Princess cruise ship. Our entire town was immune and exposed by the end of March 2020. None of it ever needed to be done. Not one single thing. I was saying this from the very beginning and everyone around me wouldn’t listen. I was considered a granny killer.
I had it in the fall of 2019. I'm rarely sick or go to a doctor. Had all the classic symptoms of Covid-19. Thought it was pneumonia or strep. Horrible cough for over 3 weeks with sticky phlegm like I'd never had before. Couldn't cough it up easily. Went to a family physician finally when it started hurting when I coughed. All tests came back negative. He said he didn't know what it was. Rx'd antibiotics and a steroid for cough I decided not to take. 3 days later it cleared up and had run its course. Never found out what caused it.
Media, governments and Pharma made a. bad flu into a killer pandemic with their fear porn, lack of treatment, deadly treatment like respirators, then useless and deadly jabs and drugs.

My idea for showing evidence of earlier COVID was to look at Google Trends data for searches on "loss of smell" since this is a conspicuous symptom. I have not seen a spike in US prior to spring 2020. I wouldn't conclude this means it wasn't around in 2019, but would be good to have evidence like this to corroborate.

We are physician assistants (and likely within a decade, once we get all legislatures to make the change, physician associates. Maybe it's because I'm getting old and cranky, a virtual curmudgeon in the making, and close to retiring from active practice due in part to how toxic it's getting to actually practice medicine in NYS.

If Washington state had a 2019 season of SARS-CoV-2 early Beta release would this not have reflected in reduced CoViD-19 numbers in the state in 2020?
The data shows a clear event but could it have been a random natural origin pathogen that burnt out in one season and did not manage to spread further for some reason.
A cynical person might wonder if it was an Alpha release that did not work well enough to spread and so a more virulent strain was selected.
So...hospitals straight up killed people by ventilating for a disease that was already circulating without needing ventilation?
