As with everything else this administration does, their press release is claiming victory, not admitting defeat. I also see no apologies for the lives upended and livelihoods lost due to their evil vaccine mandates.

I wonder if the coming wave of new illnesses and diseases caused by MRNA substances that takes people down will be seen as something victorious. The victory would have been stopping these horrid poisons from ever being put on the market...which by any measure of ethics, safety and efficacy should have never occurred.
