You are all mostly missing the point. I do not think that anyone cares whether the states follow the guidance or not (I hope they all ignore it). The point was to get it on the pediatric schedule so that all pharma are liability free forever. That has been accomplished assuming CDC follows ACIP (which, of course, they will do). That has ALWAYS been the whole point of this long process. Otherwise, the harms that will show long term from the spikeshots would bankrupt those companies. That would be wonderful, but is now guaranteed not to happen. Beyond that, whether they sell a few more doses or not pales.
Justin, you are spot on in emphasizing that we can't get bogged down with technicalities. However, and I may be beating a dead horse here or maybe I am missing something, if we have a critical mass that returns to the fundamental principles of individual liberty, the right to self determination, bodily autonomy and medical freedom and that demands that these basic rights can never be infringed under any circumstances, then that critical mass can stop this in its tracks no matter what the psychopaths mandate and no matter the technicalities. If you don't want to submit to a medical intervention then refuse period. If you don't want your children to be vaccinated/hit with mRNA then refuse period. If you don't want to wear a useless harmful mask then refuse period. If you don't want a toxic "test" swab shoved up your nose then refuse period. If you don't want to quarantine then refuse period. If you don't want to shut down your business then refuse period. If enough of us refuse then we can stop these blatant infringements on our inalienable rights. I am not suggesting that this approach is easy because it is not. I am not ignoring the fact that this approach comes with peril and it's own inherent risks because it does not. However, if we are not willing to refuse to comply with blatant violations of our basic rights then what is the point of compiling presenting and debating all of this data on covid, mRNA, masks, etc. This must start and end with the unconditional refusal to comply with any and all mandates period. Someone please let me know what I am missing here.
By the way, I am suffering horribly from mRNA trauma with little to no hope of recovery.
